These Terms of Use govern your access to the Galore platform operated by Galore Sdn. Bhd. (Company Reg. No. 202201016666 (1462363-X)), registered at No 20, First Floor, Main Bazaar, 98700 Limbang, Sarawak, Malaysia.
By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
“Platform” means the Galore website and mobile applications. “Partner” means any independent merchant, rider or service provider fulfilling orders through the Platform. “Order” means any food order, parcel delivery, service booking, CartKeeper registration or bill payment placed through the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and may hold only one account. Accounts created to abuse promotions may be terminated without notice.
Keep your login credentials and handover PINs confidential — anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and may include SST. Delivery fees, small-order fees, convenience fees and platform service fees are always shown before you confirm payment.
Galore acts as an intermediary: the contract for goods or services is between you and the Partner. We facilitate payment, delivery logistics and dispute resolution.
Food orders can be cancelled free of charge while still pending. Once a restaurant starts preparing, cancellation is at the Partner's discretion.
When a Partner cancels your order, the full amount is refunded instantly to your GalorePay wallet, or to the original payment method within 3–5 working days on request.
Alcohol and non-halal items may only be ordered by non-Muslim customers aged 21 and above; riders may request ID at delivery.
Parcels must not contain illegal goods, dangerous materials, perishables or loose batteries. We may refuse or surrender suspicious parcels to the authorities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is capped at the value of the disputed transaction. CartKeeper parcels without Galore Protection are covered up to RM 50; with Protection, up to RM 300.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
